This busy week is killing me. After my soccer game last night, my joints are still beat down from my run last weekend. And today I went to chipotle with my friends after our AP Eco test and though I ate healthy, I ate too much. Then I came home and had a bowl of frosted flakes as a snack. And I decided to not work out since i had homework and since tomorrow our senior field trip is at a ranch. Definitely gonna be on my feet all day biking or zip lining or swimming so not much of a rest day. Ugh I just need to be out of school and getting ready for my half marathon. I need a good long break so I stop feeling so burnt out.
