Yes I’ve been AWOL. I’ve been working and clubbing and not working out and eating all kinds of shit.
But that’s gonna have to change. I tried to run today and only made it four miles. Four. Miles.
Hell no.
And I’ve gained a few lbs, no doubt.
I refuse to go off to college out of shape and uncomfortable with my body.
I’m training hardcore again, along with eating right. I will be happy with my effort.

Literally disappeared. Was gone for two weeks at church camp, then spent the last week not giving a shit. Gonna get back on track soon, do not want to gain weight that I lost back.

So my parents want to take off for Galveston TONIGHT. Just for the weekend. Shit shit shit. We go there for food basically and I HAVE to watch what I eat this weekend. And I’m supposed to be resting. My damn race is MONDAY. Of all weekends, I swear. Plus, swimsuit time. Ew.
How am I supposed to keep eating healthy and carb loading when we’re traveling. Ef. Em. El.

Still been MIA and I’m sorry! Today was my last day of high school and it was a rough one. It’s been an odd few weeks but I’ve been pretty good with my diet even though I haven’t been counting calories. Tomorrow I start carbo loading given that my race is 4 days away. Can’t wait!!!

I love educating myself on health and fitness. It makes me feel great. I smile at the thought of where clean eating and regular exercise is taking me. I am constantly wanting to learn more. No matter how many negative comments I get, I won’t quit. I will keep going. This is my choice. I am making this my lifestyle now. I will prove everyone who has ever told me I can’t do it, wrong. Watch me.

My half is a week from tomorrow. It’s time to hit it hard. I’ve been off track here and there and I’m ready to get back on it. Hydration, eating right, then carbo loading starting Thursday. Here goes the last week of high school.

This busy week is killing me. After my soccer game last night, my joints are still beat down from my run last weekend. And today I went to chipotle with my friends after our AP Eco test and though I ate healthy, I ate too much. Then I came home and had a bowl of frosted flakes as a snack. And I decided to not work out since i had homework and since tomorrow our senior field trip is at a ranch. Definitely gonna be on my feet all day biking or zip lining or swimming so not much of a rest day. Ugh I just need to be out of school and getting ready for my half marathon. I need a good long break so I stop feeling so burnt out.
